30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Smart PDF Filler Plus, ask for a refund within 30 days of any payment, including renewals, and you will get your money back in full. No questions asked.

How to ask

• Windows: reply to your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net to find your order, or send us a message through our contact form with the email address you paid with. Paddle, our reseller, issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
• Android: Google Play subscriptions are refunded through Google Play. Google allows refunds within 48 hours from Play itself; after that, send us a message and we will arrange it with Google.

After a refund

Your subscription is cancelled and the app goes back to the free allowance of 5 documents a month. Nothing you have made in the app is deleted.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund if digital content is faulty.
