Questions
Why yearly on Windows? Windows licences come as a key that your computer checks by itself, without contacting us. A yearly key means one email a year instead of twelve, and it keeps the price down.
Who takes the payment? Paddle.com, our online reseller, handles the checkout and is the Merchant of Record for your order. Your card details go to Paddle, never to us.
What happens when it renews? Paddle takes the payment and we email you a fresh key automatically. Your old key keeps working for a week after it expires, so you are never locked out.
Can I get a refund? Yes. See our refund policy: within 30 days, no questions asked.
