30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with Smart PDF Filler Plus, ask for a refund within 30 days of any payment, including renewals, and you will get your money back in full. No questions asked.

How to ask

• Windows: reply to your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net to find your order, or send us a message through our contact form with the email address you paid with. Paddle, our reseller, issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
• Android: Google Play subscriptions are refunded through Google Play. Google allows refunds within 48 hours from Play itself; after that, send us a message and we will arrange it with Google.

After a refund

Your subscription is cancelled, so it will not renew, and nothing you have made in the app is deleted. Because your licence key works without contacting us, Plus keeps working on your computer until the key reaches the end of the period you paid for, after which the app returns to the free allowance of 2 documents a month.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the right to a repair, replacement or refund if digital content is faulty.
